Marion Assisted Living is currently seeking a dependable, compassionate, and dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team. We are looking for a caring CMA who enjoys working with seniors and is passionate about providing exceptional resident care in a warm and supportive environment.
This CMA position is for the overnight shift, working 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, a couple nights a week. Our overnight CMA plays an important role in ensuring residents receive excellent care, comfort, and assistance throughout the night.

Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders
- Provide compassionate resident care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor residents throughout the overnight shift and report any concerns
- Assist residents with mobility, comfort, and nighttime needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and team members
- Help create a safe, calm, and caring environment for residents at Marion Assisted Living
- Support residents with dignity, respect, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Current Kansas Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required
- Previous healthcare or senior living experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
