Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Staff member, based in Phoenix, AZ. The individual will assist in the day-to-day operations of substance use treatment and recovery housing services. Responsibilities include providing direct support to clients, ensuring a safe environment, facilitating access to resources, and maintaining compliance with safeguarding protocols. The Support Staff will also contribute to communication and collaboration with both clients and team members to ensure effective service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience with Support Work and providing direct assistance to clients
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build trust with clients
- Knowledge of Safeguarding practices and maintaining a safe environment
- Effective Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Familiarity with Technical Support for daily documentation and reporting
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or training in behavioral health or a related field is a plus
