What You’ll Do as a Registered Nurse RN:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee CNAs.
• Administer medications & treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate medical records & assist with physician rounds.
• Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist with IV therapy, wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.
  
  
  

What You’ll Need as a Registered Nurse RN:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Unencumbered, State of IL)

CPR Certification (Required)

Experience In Long-term Care Or Skilled Nursing (Preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
