Overview:
Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the government Program Manager with planning, program/project management, development, requirements management services and acquisition support, systems security, and services in portfolio management and process improvement.
- Assist the government Program Manager with requirements evaluation, review preliminary design, develop an implementation plan and monitor cost, schedule and performance.
- Assist with portfolio, funding, and contracts management function to include internal and external budget reporting.
- Assist with the development and maintaining for the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate and monitor milestones, deliverables, packages, risks, and issues.
- Develop and support the communication and facilitation of team meeting and events.
- Assist the team with customer/stakeholder engagement.
- Validate project concepts with the customer and stakeholders.
- Responsible for analysis of project performance to include technical, contractual, and administrative.
- Support new project identification and tracking, project requirements evaluation and functional analysis.
- Plan for and ensure adequate project documentation is completed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have an active/current TS/SCI and must pass a CI Poly.
- Master’s degree and 10 years of experience or Bachelor's degree and 13 years of experience
- DoD and IC experience is desired.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
- Have excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
Travel Requirements:
Travel may be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.
Level of Responsibility:
Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.
Work Environment:
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.
- Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.
- This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
