Overall Assignment Description:

The International Program Resource/Budget Analyst provides support to the TIP senior leadership team in the overall management of the international program. Provides resource and budget support to individual program managers and assures compliance with office records keeping policies and program financial plans. Works with program managers to prepare funding and finance documentation and purchase documentation required to execute programs. Maintains overall office financial documentation and spreadsheets as well as individual program financial documentation. Prepares budget plans and financial plans and reports for TIP leadership on the overall international program as well as for individual programs and projects. Supports TIP in leadership in the development of office level Program Objective Memorandum (POM). Tracks and reports to office leadership execution year status.

Duties include:

Analysis of documents, briefs and program data.

Data entry for PRISM and financial databases.

Create/maintain spreadsheets tracking program and project budgets and expenditures. Compile financial reports and work with program managers to ensure progress complies with program financial and expenditure plans

Prepare program financial documents to include AF9 and MIPR forms. 

Prepare and deliver briefings and program status updates and reports at the International Solutions Business Review Board.

Required:

B.S or B.A. degree in a finance or business-related discipline.

TS/SCI CI or eligible for CI

Desired:

Experience working with international programs.
