Fit and weld plate steel to customer specifications, weld some stainless.

Pass a 2G 1” plate weld test using MIG and fluxcore

Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Analyze drawings/blueprints and specifications to plan and execute welding operations

Lays out, positions, and secures parts and assemblies according to specifications, using straightedge, combination square, and tape measurer.

Welds components and assemblies, using fluxcore, mig or stick.

Inspects work to ensure within specifications

Removes rough spots from work piece, using portable grinder.

Welds components in flat position.

Salary : $34,964 - $51,892
