We are recruiting a CO2 Administrator–Operations for a confidential energy business in Casper, Wyoming. This role supports field operations and leadership by keeping financial administration, reporting, documentation, and day-to-day office processes accurate and organized.
You will work across operations, finance, vendors, and internal teams, helping ensure that critical administrative processes run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do
- Coordinate invoice processing, accounts payable activities, purchase orders, purchasing support, and vendor follow-up.
- Track budgets and expenses, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare operational reports.
- Maintain compliance documentation and operational records, and support audit requests.
- Support employee onboarding, business-system administration, and office coordination.
- Help improve process consistency and resolve administrative issues with internal stakeholders.
What you will bring
- At least five years of operations or office administration experience; experience supporting field operations, energy, pipelines, or industrial environments is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills, including experience preparing reports and managing large amounts of data.
- Strong experience with invoice processing, accounts payable, purchasing, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
- Experience with business systems, records management, compliance documentation, and audit support.
- Excellent organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
