Schedule & Compensation
- 31 hours per week, fixed schedule (Mon–Thurs: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Fri: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and agents (in person, phone, and email)
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Process applications and handle documentation with a high degree of accuracy
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, scanning, and file organization
- Maintain organized records and support data tracking
- Assist multiple team members and support daily office operations

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office tasks efficiently
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities to handle calls and ensure professional correspondence
- Experience with Administrative Assistance for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting organizational leaders
- Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work effectively within a team
- Proficient in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email management tools
- Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a bonus
