What We’re Looking For
- Licensed real estate agents (or within 60 days of licensure)
- Full-time or part-time availability (minimum 15-20 hrs/week)
- Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed
- Collaborative and professional communicator
- Desire to close at least 1 transaction per month (minimum)
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based
- Flat fee model -- no excessive fees / splits to the brokerage
- Competitive team splits with growth to 90/10
