Summary:
- Assignment is remote with occasional onsite meetings in Oakland, CA.
- Client laptop provided; additional equipment is supplier's responsibility.
- Pre-determined monthly expenses for cell and internet with manager approval.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led learning solutions for various concepts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content.
- Define learning objectives, course structure, learning content, and assessments.
- Complete detailed analysis of tasks for target audience, business process, and systems.
- Follow company standards, guidelines, and templates to develop learning materials.
- Visualize instructional graphics, scenarios, or interactions.
- Write clear and effective instructional text, audio, or video scripts.
- Engage with subject matter experts for content review and validation.
- Self-manage assigned tasks and deadlines; proactively communicate issues and risks.
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience developing eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led training.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Flexibility to work on simultaneous development efforts as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of training development applications - Oracle UPK or SAP Enable Now, QuestionMark.
- Knowledge of graphic design, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Salary : $50 - $60
