- Lead the strategic vision, architectural design, and operational deployment of predictive modeling, advanced analytics, and AI solutions.
- Architect, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning models and applications.
- Establish coding, testing, evaluation, and documentation standards.
- Partner with Data Engineering and DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business challenges into data science initiatives.
- Define and prioritize the AI and analytics roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
- Articulate complex methodologies to executive stakeholders.
- Champion data integrity, security, and compliance with AI safety standards.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level data scientists.
- Foster an agile, delivery-focused environment.
- Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative culture.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a related quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python and advanced SQL.
- Experience with supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning models, and NLP.
- Familiarity with enterprise cloud ecosystems and distributed compute systems.
- Knowledge of model tracking, containerization, and orchestration platforms.
- Proficiency in business intelligence and visualization tools.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to connect data capabilities to business strategy.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Focus on business utility, providing reliable, interpretable, and maintainable solutions.
