Job Title: Clinical - Senior Learning and Development Specialist

Location:Office location: Iselin, NJ (Office visits: Once a month for 4 days (not consecutive)

- Note: Travel is not reimbursed

Work Mode: Hybrid

Duration: 3 months, possibility to extend or convert

Target Start Date: 12/08/2025

Training Shift: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

• Classroom setting for 7 days
• 1-on-1 camera on for all training

Shift Schedule (After Training):

• 8am-5am EST Monday- Friday
• No overtime/no weekends
• No time off during training

Important:

• MUST BE New Jersey Choice Certified
• If not certified, field visits required for certification
• Post-certification: In-office for in-person training
• Work from home during virtual training

Job Description:

• Hybrid position: Office-based with work from home option when training is not required
• Train new and existing staff on New Jersey Care Management
• Focus on training New Jersey Health Choice (NJHC)
• Administrative tasks associated with certification
• Frequent communication and collaboration with the state
• Collaborative work environment; teamwork is required

Typical Day in the Role:

• Train NJHC to new hires in-person and virtually
• Assist with submitting documents to the state for certification
• Assist in training other Care Management related tasks based on New Jersey needs
• Performance metrics based on trainee feedback
• Role requires NJ Choice Master Trainer certification

Must Haves:

• Registered Nurse
• New Jersey Health Choice Certification or willingness to become a Master Trainer
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Social work, public health, nursing, clinical social work)
• Must pass a computer literacy test after screening

Disqualifiers:

• Does not have New Jersey Choice Certification
• Does NOT live in NJ
