- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Make 25-30 outbound calls to clients daily to update them on the bank's projects.
- Manually update client information in the bank's system.
- Field 25-30 inbound calls daily and address customer requests.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Data Entry and Client Support/Customer Service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using technology and banking systems.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in products and policies.
