We are looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented Camera Car Driver to join our repossession recovery team. In this role, you will operate a vehicle equipped with advanced License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology to scan and locate collateral for recovery. You are the "eyes" of our operation, providing the data our tow operators need to execute safe and efficient pickups.Key Responsibilities
- Patrol Assigned Areas: Drive a company vehicle through designated zones to scan license plates using LPR cameras.
- Verify Hits: Cross-reference camera "hits" with our internal database to confirm the vehicle is active for repossession.
- Coordinate with Dispatch: Communicate live locations and vehicle descriptions to tow truck drivers in the field.
- Maintain Equipment: Perform daily checks on camera systems and the vehicle to ensure everything is functional.
- Report Daily: Maintain accurate logs of miles driven and locations scanned.
Requirements
- Clean Driving Record: Valid driver's license with no major violations.
- Night Owl: Ability to work unconventional hours. Night, Overnight.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using tablets or Phone, GPS, and LPR software.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills for phone coordination with recovery agents.
- Discretion: Ability to remain calm and professional; you must be able to work "under the radar" without drawing unnecessary attention.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
