Project Superintendent Job Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned superintendent with verifiable experience in public works management.
-Coordinate subcontractors
-Coordinate with Architect and Inspectors
-File required job reports
-Attend construction meetings if necessary
-Preparation of RFI's, T&M tickets, Daily reports, Look Ahead Schedules, and any other documents required for the assigned project
-OSHA Requirements, safety training, and ability to conduct safety meetings and maintain a safe workplace
-Must pass criminal background check
-Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and MS project, Excel
-Dependable transportation and high energy with willingness to be a team player

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
