Location: Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, AZ
Schedule: PRN – Flexible Weekday Availability
Pay: $17/HR

About the Role:
We're seeking dependable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our team for weekday AM shifts. In this role, you'll provide direct support to individuals in residential or inpatient behavioral health settings, helping clients manage daily routines, develop coping skills, and work toward recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' behaviors and overall physical health
• Provide direct support for daily activities and therapeutic interventions
• Manage crisis situations and assist in de-escalating conflicts
• Document patient progress and share updates with the healthcare team
• Facilitate or assist in group and individual therapeutic activities

Qualifications:

• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Tuberculosis Screening (Last 6 Months)
• Physical Attestation / Physician completed
• CPR/ First Aid
• High School Diploma / GED / College degree / College transcripts
• Two Forms of Valid Identification
