NJ HR Assistant/Specialist Job Description
Awesung Tech is a large-scale integrated warehousing and logistics enterprise specializing in cross-border e-commerce support services, international transportation and customs clearance, Amazon FBA transfer, dedicated air freight lines, and one-stop fulfillment. We operate major warehouse centers across the U.S. with a total warehouse area exceeding one million square feet. Awesung Tech has major warehouses in LA, CA, TX, and GA.
Basic Information
- Work location: Cranbury NJ 08512
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment for warehouse roles and assist HQ HR with regional hiring
- Coordinate onboarding processes and conduct new hire orientation
- Handle employee transfers, offboarding, and related HR processes
- Maintain and organize employee records and documentation
- Manage attendance tracking and assist with payroll adjustments
- Support employee training, including safety training
- Facilitate employee communication and engagement initiatives
- Perform other duties assigned by the management team
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, comfortable communicating with frontline employees
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Authorized to work and report taxes legally in the U.S.
- Willing to participate in initial warehouse rotation to understand operations

Compensation
- This role will start through a staffing partner with flexible sponsorship and benefits options, while working directly with the company team, receiving the same training and growth opportunities, with the potential to transition to direct payroll based on performance.
- H-1B sponsorship in 2027 subject to company decision
