Position: Social Media Manager (Part-time; Contract)

Starting Pay: $1,800 /month (Based on social media results and portfolio)

Contract: Initial contract length based on experience and role fit.

Supports: Media Director, Chief of Staff, and G5/AWE Leadership

We're looking for a highly organized Social Media Manager to keep multiple brands active, polished, and growing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, organization, marketing strategy, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll work closely with our creative team to transform completed content into engaging posts across multiple platforms while helping maintain a consistent brand voice.

• Write and edit social media captions
• Schedule approved content across platforms
• Write YouTube titles and descriptions
• Draft LinkedIn posts and email newsletters
• Review content for grammar, clarity, and brand voice
• Monitor comments and flag opportunities or issues
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and freelancers
• Update website content as assigned

• Manage publishing calendars across multiple brands
• Write and edit social media copy
• Schedule approved content
• Monitor community engagement
• Coordinate freelance writers as needed
• Submit monthly content plans and creative ideas
• Maintain website content and publish updates
• Ensure consistency across all brand messaging

• Excellent writing and editing skills
