About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Project Manager
• Pay Rate Range: $65,000.00-$100,000.00/salary
• Location: Cokato, MN
• Schedule: 1s Shift Monday-Friday 7PM-3:30PM
• Position Type: Direct Hire
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a project manager.
• Naturally organize information and make complicated projects easy to understand.
• Notice small details, inconsistencies, and unanswered questions.
• Are exceptionally comfortable with computers, software, and structured workflows.
• Enjoy managing several active projects and staying productive throughout the day.
• Follow systems closely while recognizing opportunities to improve them.
• Stay calm and solution-focused when a custom project requires an adjustment.
• Enjoy talking with customers and building trust through clear communication.
• Are comfortable following up firmly and professionally when a decision is needed.
• Raise concerns early instead of waiting for them to become larger problems.
• Take ownership of results and rarely waste time assigning blame.
• Enjoy helping teammates and are willing to get involved when a project needs attention.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review each sold project and confirm the scope, use case, dimensions, materials, finishes, labor, and customer expectations are complete.
• Enter accurate project information and keep records current throughout the job.
• Identify missing, conflicting, or assumed details before they create production problems.
• Confirm required files, approvals and down payment are received before work begins.
• Give the Production Director the information needed to build the production schedule.
• Introduce yourself to the customer, confirm the project details and communicate the approved timeline.
• Send approval drawings and follow up until approvals are received.
• Notify the Production Director immediately when approvals or project changes may affect the schedule.
• Communicate revised timelines, change orders and expectations clearly to the customer.
• Confirm final payment before the completed project is shipped or released.
• Walk the production floor when needed to verify details, understand progress, and help remove project roadblocks.
