Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Production Supervisor
• Pay Rate Range: $65,000.00-$74,000.00/salary
• Location: Maple Lake, MN
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-2AM with required overtime.
• Position Type: Direct Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is a plus).
• 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in plastics or a similar production environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read work instructions and blueprints.
• Comfortable using basic measuring tools, hand tools, and computers.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise, and dust.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team and help drive safety, quality, and on-time production. In this role, you'll coach and support employees, improve processes, and ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of production employees.
• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Train, onboard, and develop employees to help them succeed.
• Schedule work, monitor productivity, and reduce scrap and rework.
• Work closely with planning, scheduling, and leadership teams to keep production running smoothly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Assist with hiring, performance reviews, and employee development.
• Step in to support production as needed.
