Overview
We are seeking Millwright Crew Members to assemble, install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery across multiple worksites. This is a physically demanding, safety-sensitive role ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude, welding ability, or on-the-job millwright experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install machinery and confirm proper operation.
- Align equipment using precision tools (micrometers, plumb bobs, etc.).
- Repair or fabricate parts using welding or brazing equipment.
- Disassemble machinery for repair or replacement.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and determine repair needs.
- Read schematics, manuals, and technical diagrams.
- Maintain machines, tools, and equipment across different job sites.
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Technical degree in welding or equivalent experience preferred.
- OSHA-10 preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform labor for long hours.
- Must pass a physical and drug screen; random testing may apply.
- Mechanical or construction equipment experience preferred.
- Smartphone required for company communication tools.
Work Conditions
- Indoor/outdoor environments with exposure to heat, cold, heights, and physically demanding tasks.
