General Purpose: Perform a range of general clerical and bookkeeping support functions reporting to the Controller.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
- Help manage open order report... closing jobs.
- Enter and manage Standard Cost.
- Enter Accounts Receivable payments.
- Enter Accounts Payable invoices.
- Prepare Accounts Payable payments for signature.

Education and Experience:

- 3 years' general accounting experience and/or Associate Degree in Business or Accounting.
- MS Office knowledge.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.

Full Time : Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Depending on Experience: $ 22 - $ 25 per hour
Salary : $22 - $25
