Growth Manager / Sr. Manager, ABM
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager / Sr. Manager, ABM to oversee
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, implement high-value enterprise penetration
strategies, and manage AI-driven outbound tools. The ideal candidate will have 5 years
of experience in growth marketing and proven expertise in optimizing campaign
performance to support business objectives. This role will play a crucial part in driving our
Demand Generation team and ensuring seamless project execution from lead generation
through pipeline creation.
Key Responsibilities
ABM Strategy & Enterprise Growth
? Oversee ABM initiatives specifically designed to penetrate high-value enterprise
accounts to align with business goals.
? Lead the planning and proposal of specialized campaigns aimed at cross-selling
and upselling within the existing customer base.
? Coordinate with internal teams (RevOps, Sales, Content and Product Marketing) to
ensure a cohesive approach to account management and engagement strategy.
? Recommend and implement enhancements to drive engagement and improve the
user journey for target accounts.
? Manage timelines and resources to ensure timely and effective delivery of all ABM
programs.
Outbound Optimization & AI Integration
? Optimize AI-driven outbound tools (Clay) to scale personalized prospecting and
engagement for target audiences.
? Ensure regular audits of outbound workflows are conducted to identify areas for
technical and content optimization.
? Partner with the content and product teams to ensure all outreach messaging is
optimized for ABM best practices.
? Test and optimize campaign features to improve conversion rates and support
overall lead generation.
Analytics and Reporting
? Monitor ABM and outbound performance using tools like AdRoll ABM (6sense,
Demandbase), Salesforce, HubSpot, and Clay.
? Track, report, and analyze campaign analytics and engagement data to guide
strategic decisions.
? Present performance results on how programs are delivering/impacting MQLs,
SQLs, and Pipeline to key stakeholders and senior leadership on a regular basis.
? Set KPIs and benchmarks, using data-driven insights to optimize future growth and
ABM projects.
Qualifications
? Experience: 5 years in ABM, growth marketing, or digital marketing with a focus
on enterprise accounts.
? Strong knowledge of ABM principles, AI-driven prospecting strategies, and
reporting tools.
? Proficiency: Expert-level use of ABM platforms (6sense/Demandbase),
CRM/Automation (Salesforce, HubSpot), prospecting tools (Clay), and project
management software (Asana).
? Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior
leadership.
? Ability to interpret complex analytics data, identify trends, and leverage insights to
guide project decisions.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with diverse teams.
? Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to
identifying challenges and finding effective solutions.
