- Communicate regularly with residents to understand their preferences and feedback on activities.
- Collaborate with caregiving staff to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless participation in events.
- Document participation levels and resident feedback for continuous improvement of activity programs.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations about aging issues, fostering a sense of community.
Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience or skills in the following areas:
