Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Avon, IN. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and general repair tasks. The position will require identifying and rectifying technical issues while ensuring the optimal functionality of various industrial and facility-related systems to create a safe and efficient school environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
- Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance techniques and practices
- Skilled in general Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training in maintenance are a plus
- Previous experience in a school, commercial, or industrial setting preferred
