Warehouse Maintenence Painter

Duties

• Receive, organize, and store construction materials and supplies efficiently within the warehouse.
• Prepare materials for projects by performing surface preparation, caulking, or trimming as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety regulations.
• Support on-site construction activities such as framing, drywall installation, plastering, or masonry work.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track supplies using schematics and technical drawings.
• Follow safety protocols including respiratory protection and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with project teams to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate material usage.

Experience

• Previous experience working in a construction site environment or warehouse setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical schematics.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying, and industrial painting techniques.
• Knowledge of surface preparation methods such as construction painting surface prep and spray painting.
• Skills in carpentry (trim carpentry, frame carpentry), masonry, stucco application, and fixture installation are advantageous.
• Understanding of safety regulations including respiratory protection and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to renovation or remodeling projects are essential.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
