Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Crew Lead to oversee job sites and execute a variety of electrical projects. Our day-to-day operations consist primarily of service calls, residential remodels, new construction and HVAC circuitry installations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the electrical trade.
Leadership: Proven past experience leading jobs and managing projects on-site.
Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret electrical plans.
Logistics: Must have reliable transportation to work (we provide the work vehicle from there).
Compensation & Equipment
Pay: $25.50 – $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Provided Tools: We supply all battery-operated tools and headlamps.
Company Vehicle: You will be provided with a company van. Our modern, fully loaded fleet includes two high-roof extended-body Ford Transits (2023 and 2024) and an extended-body 2021 Chevy Express 3500. (See attached photo of one of our vans).
