We’re hiring an Electrician who brings experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team. While industrial or manufacturing electrical experience is preferred, we are also open to training the right candidate who has a positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and a genuine interest in developing their skills in a manufacturing environment.

  • Electrical experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, construction, or related environments preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment
  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to take initiative
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and equipment
  • Someone who takes pride in quality work and wants to build a long-term career

Pay & Perks: 
  • $22–$30/hr (Actual base pay based on experience, education, market, and skills.)
  • 3 weeks vacation accrued per year to start (120 hours!)

Responsibilities: 

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on production equipment
  • Maintain motors, drives, and control panels
  • Support installs, upgrades, and commissioning
  • Respond to maintenance calls and minimize downtime
  • Assist with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus
  • Electrical experience or strong mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents (or willingness to learn)
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, or controls preferred
  • Understanding of electrical safety standards preferred 
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen is required
