As a Café Attendant At Le Café, You Are The Face Of Our Guests' Morning Routine. You’ll Create An Inspiring, Welcoming Environment By
- Crafting exceptional espresso drinks, coffees, teas, and specialty beverages.
- Serving up curated pastries, sandwiches, and treats.
- Welcoming guests with genuine Southern warmth and guiding them through our menu.
- Managing the POS system, cash handling, and keeping the café looking pristine.
- Collaborating with an energetic team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Age: Must be 19 years' of age or older.
- Credentials: Mobile County Health Department Food & Beverage Handlers Card required.
- Experience: 1 year of barista or café experience is preferred, but a stellar attitude is a must.
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent customer service, and a knack for working well under pressure.
- Availability: Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.
- Physical: Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
