Duties:

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including dining and food preparation spaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals through effective upselling techniques.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance culinary skills and product knowledge.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants, is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and cash handling procedures is an asset.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A passion for culinary arts and an eagerness to learn new skills related to food preparation and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
