About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of the quality inspection team
- Develop and enforce quality standards and procedures
- Support audits, both internal and customer-driven
- Drive corrective and preventive actions
- Train staff on quality systems and tools (e.g., control plans, inspection methods)
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
- 3 years in a manufacturing quality role with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 8D, SPC, Control Charts)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
