Why This Role Matters

Be part of building something new.

Avivo is expanding its innovative housing continuum with the launch of Avivo Village Central Minnesota, creating new opportunities to support individuals experiencing homelessness as they move toward stability, recovery, and permanent housing.

As a Case Manager, Housing (Site Based), you will be among the first team members helping shape the culture, services, and participant experience within this new community. This is more than a case management role—it's an opportunity to help build a program from the ground up while supporting individuals on some of the most important journeys of their lives.

You'll work directly with residents to develop goals, strengthen stability, access resources, and create pathways to long-term housing success. And yes — Avivo is a 32-hour work week organization, offering full-time pay and benefits while supporting balance and sustainability in your work.
