Bachelor’s degree from a regionally or nationally accredited college or university in Political Science, Public Policy, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
- Three (3) project or program management experience required.
- Experience related to environmental, regulatory, or energy compliance priorities and understanding of complexities in application to energy legislation preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, reports, presentations, etc.
- Effective and adaptable communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in creating clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation and reports preferred.
- Ability to lead teams effectively through influence, education, and advocacy.
Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Hiring Range: $88,336 to $114,838
Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Spokane location at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with additional day(s) determined by the manager.
