We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist who will manage a range of accounts payable and administrative responsibilities. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule during regular business hours. Key Responsibilities:
- Process outgoing payments
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Daily banking needs
- Reconcile accounts payable reports and maintain accurate financial records to support audits and compliance
- Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the Accounting Department
- Generate and manage Excel-based reports and data tracking
- Assist with internal communication and follow-up as needed
- Work independently while staying aligned with department goals and timelines
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Effective communication skills and a professional demeanor
Compensation & Benefits:
