Assist with resident admissions and referral process

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to foster a positive facility culture
Manage and supervise social services staff as needed

Master's degree in social work
At least one year of experience working in geriatrics
Valid Driver's license
Licensure required
Previous experience with Nursing Homes preferred
