Job Summary:
Avir at Brownwood is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our facilities in Brownwood, TX. As a Maintenance Supervisor with Avir at Brownwood, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement maintenance schedules, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Identify and prioritize maintenance tasks, allocating resources and personnel as needed to achieve efficient and effective maintenance operations
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, implementing changes as necessary to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility
