What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Analyst position at Avion Solutions, Inc.?

Avion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Systems Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

Design, develop, and maintain digital dashboards to visualize engineering metrics, risk assessments, and technical performance measures for senior leadership review.
Architect and maintain structured databases to track engineering artifacts, action items, and technical baseline documentation.
Create and manage complex technical schedules
Assist the Chief Engineer with emerging requirements, rapid data calls, technical writing, and special engineering studies as mission needs dictate.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

BA/BS degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience with digital engineering tools.
Experience with scheduling and database tools.
Ability to excel in a team setting.
Desire to continuously learn new skills or programs to accomplish the mission.
Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.
Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Expertise in MS Project or Primavera.
Expertise in digital visualization software tools (e.g., Power BI or Qlik).
Expertise in MS SharePoint.
MDA Experience.
