Avion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, seeks candidates for a T700/T55 Operations and Data Management Officer to support Aviation Turbine Engines Product Office. This position is based in Huntsville, AL.

- Provide centralized coordination of operational activities, task management, contract deliverable oversight, and workflow execution in support of Product Office priorities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational processes and workflow procedures supporting the daily execution of T700/T55 Product Office activities.
- Serve as the T700/T55 primary coordination point for ETMS2 taskers, including receiving, tracking, and facilitating responses to CPE Maneuver Air-generated taskings.
- Ensure timely submission of leadership-approved responses for assigned taskers and operational actions.
- Facilitate routing and approval of contractual documentation, briefings, and executive-level correspondence using enterprise systems, including TopVue, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Prepare and maintain executive briefings, reports, and correspondence supporting T700/T55 Product Lead and PM ATE leadership requirements.
- Maintain visibility of T700/T55 Product Office taskings and actions, ensuring deadlines are tracked, and responses are coordinated across functional stakeholders.
- Notify T700/T55 Product Office personnel of updates to policies, procedures, and leadership guidance issued by the Product Lead, PM ATE, or higher-level organizations.
- Support PM ATE Operations staff and participate in recurring Operations meetings to maintain alignment with enterprise-level initiatives and priorities.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new personnel, including access requirements, system setup coordination, and integration into Product Office processes.
- Maintain organizational tools, including distribution lists, rosters, calendars, and shared resources supporting internal Product Office communication and coordination.
- Coordinate planning and execution of Product Office meetings, leadership engagements, and internal organizational activities.
- Support Foreign Military Sales activities, including coordination and processing of limited release documentation and support to foreign disclosure requirements.
- Support execution of the semi-annual Component Improvement Program, including coordination of briefing materials, foreign disclosure actions, and stakeholder engagement activities.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–7 years of experience supporting military, government, or defense program office operations.
- Experience managing taskers, operational workflows, documentation routing, and leadership-directed actions.
- Experience preparing briefings, reports, correspondence, and executive-level communications.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other enterprise collaboration or documentation management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deadlines, priorities, and stakeholder inputs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate across functional teams, leadership staff, contractors, and government personnel.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. US travel only.
- Experience supporting an Army Aviation Project Office, Product Office, or Program Office.
- Experience with T700 and/or T55 engine programs.
- Experience with ETMS2 tasker coordination and response tracking.
- Experience with TopVue or similar contract/document routing systems.
- Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales documentation, limited release documentation, or foreign disclosure coordination.
- Experience supporting Component Improvement Program planning or execution.
- Familiarity with PM ATE, CPE Maneuver Air, or Army Aviation enterprise-level operations.
