Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a comprehensive understanding of employment laws, employee relations, and HR program management. - Recruit, select, and onboard qualified personnel to meet organizational staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with all employment statutes and regulations
- Oversee wage administration, employee benefits, workers’ compensation, and unemployment processes

Qualifications
