Director of Admissions
A growing healthcare company in the Lebanon, Tennessee area is seeking a driven, results-oriented Director of Admissions to lead and manage the admissions process for a skilled nursing facility.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys building relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and referral sources. This individual will oversee the admissions process from referral through admission while working closely with our clinical and leadership teams to grow census and provide an exceptional experience for residents and families.
Qualifications
- Skilled nursing admissions, healthcare marketing, case management, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care is a plus.
