Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

• Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and quality of care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address patient care gaps and improve overall care coordination.

• Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to promote professional development and growth.

• Analyze and report on nursing metrics and quality indicators to inform data-driven decision making.

• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and respect among nursing staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 0 years of experience as an ADON or in a leadership role.

• Current RN license and CPR certification.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Completion of a professional nursing leadership program (or willingness to complete within 6 months of hire).
