Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and quality of care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address patient care gaps and improve overall care coordination.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Current RN license and CPR certification.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Completion of a professional nursing leadership program (or willingness to complete within 6 months of hire).
