We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support our Construction Administration Manager and Project Coordination team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow within a dynamic engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction Administration Support
- Assist the Construction Administration Manager with managing the CA log, including submittals, RFIs, and related documentation.
- Track, organize, and update CA items to ensure timely responses and accurate project records.
- Communicate with internal teams to gather required information and maintain workflow efficiency.
Project Coordination Support
- Work closely and support Project Managers throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Assist with project setup, including scheduling kickoff meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing documentation.
- Coordinate internally across engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an office, administrative, or project support role (AEC industry experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Customer-service mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with project management or construction administration is a plus.
