Qualifications
- Master or PH.D. degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10 years experience in Analog circuit design from specs to architecture, design, bench testing and all the way to high volume production.
- Deep understanding of analog , mixed-signal and RF circuit design in deep submicron CMOS technology.
- Good working experience with advanced analog design platforms.
- Experience with high speed SERDES
- Highly desirable to have experience designing optical transceiver components such as TIA and Laser drivers.
- Very comfortable with cadence design tools.
- Can supervise layout designers and backend verification.
- Good knowledge of analog and mixed signal verification methodologies.
- Be responsible for a complete chip tapeout.
