Why This Role Matters 

As the Campus Assistant Director, you're the strategic right hand to the Campus Executive Director—a problem-solver, communicator, and compliance champion who keeps the engine of campus operations running at full throttle. 

From managing compliance and supervising departments (including Financial Aid) to building staff cohesion and supporting students, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our campus a thriving, successful environment. 

Your Impact 

  • Operational Excellence: Keep our daily administrative functions seamless and efficient across departments, with a focus on campus operations management. 
  • Compliance Leadership: Ensure accreditation and regulatory standards are met, with regular audits, Title IV and VA funding oversight and proactive improvements. 
  • Cross-Departmental Synergy: Coordinate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Services, and beyond to foster alignment and shared success. 
  • Strategic Partnership: Work side-by-side with the Campus Executive Director on initiatives to elevate performance and community impact. 

  • Cultural Influence: Support a collaborative, student-centered culture that prioritizes integrity, accountability, and growth. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Supervise Financial Aid department and provide key support across all operational areas. 
  • Monitor team productivity and provide backup for vacancies across Financial Aid, Student Services, and Registrar functions. 
  • Track attendance, support payroll processing, and ensure timely data/report submissions. 

  • Assist in compliance and accreditation reporting, support policy updates, employee grievance reviews, and staff/student issue resolution. 

  • Partner with Corporate HR, Marketing, and Compliance teams on staffing, communication, and outreach projects. 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)

  • A strong background in campus auditing processes, policy enforcement, and maintaining accreditation and compliance frameworks - this is a central focus for this role. 
  • Financial Aid or student funding experience strongly preferred (Title IV, VA funding)

  • 2 years of office management or admissions experience, including at least 1 year in a proprietary school setting 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and student populations 

  • Business-savvy mindset with a passion for education and student success
     
  • A confident communicator and calm, creative problem-solver 

Preferred Extras: 

  • Knowledge of CampusNexus

  • Familiarity with SharePoint or social media platforms

Schedule: 

  • Standard business hours Monday-Friday with one late from 11:00 am-8:00 pm EST

  • Occasional weekends for open house and campus events 


Compensation & Benefits
 

Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
