Job Responsibilities:
- Administer evaluations and examinations to diagnose and develop treatment plans for our residents
- Refer clients to additional medical or educational services if needed
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Provide communication instruction to residents with limited English proficiency
- Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge of clients
- Observe and assess the progress and prepare detailed reports
- Maintain resident confidentiality and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, or standards
- A graduate of an accredited SLP Program
- Current SLP License for the State of Florida
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Competitive pay rate, with rates ranging from $38 to $60 per hour based on years of experience
