Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to oversee the daily operations of a nursing unit. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage nursing staff on assigned unit (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
- Ensure high standards of resident care and clinical outcomes
- Coordinate and oversee care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members
- Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range:
LPN Unit Manager: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience, credentials, and location)
