Job Description
- Filing and organizing invoices
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries, comparing system reports to balances, and charging expenses appropriately based on analysis of invoice/expense reports
- Creating and processing sales invoices
- Management of Company Credit Cards and Monthly Expense Reports
- Entering Accounts Payable invoices into the system
- Reconciling monthly statements
- Performing additional tasks and duties as required to support the department
- Clear criminal background and good credit history
- Strong organizational and attentive to detail
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Ability to work full-time from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday
- Associate's/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field, or at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Spanish/English bilingual skills
- Prior office-related experience
