Job Description Summary: Job Description: The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and attributes: High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Experience in vaccinations and pullet moves Must be a good organizer with the ability to work and communicate well with others Physical type work is a demand Must be able to prepare work schedules and able to adjust to sudden changes in organizing workloads. Capable of working flexible hours Ability to speak Spanish is a plus Job Duties: The following duties will vary according to the needs of the Department. Primary responsibilities include: Must be able to work flexible hours and be on call 24 hours/7 days a week. Must be able to ensure that all vaccination and move procedures are performed correctly by crew Able to manage a crew with high efficiency and high quality standards. Must properly handle vaccine in transport as well as in the chicken houses ensuring the biosecurity of farms, equipment, area buildings, vehicles, etc. is a major duty Must be able to complete schedules and service reports. Must be able to repair vaccination equipment, injection guns, water-vac pumps, etc. Must be able to do blood monitoring and rodent inspections involving baiting and checking traps.
