Job Description Summary:
We are seeking an outstanding individual for our open position of Farm Clean Out Foreman. This position is responsible for leading and supervising cleanout crews to ensure efficient, safe, and thorough sanitation of poultry farm facilities. This role involves coordinating daily operations, managing team performance, and maintaining compliance with company and safety standards.Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead cleanout crews during farm sanitation projects
Coordinate daily schedules and ensure crews stay on task to meet deadlines
Transport crew members to and from job sites as needed
Operate and oversee the use of machinery and equipment (training/certification provided)
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization procedures are followed, including safe chemical use
Oversee setup and teardown of equipment at the beginning and end of shifts
Assist with pre-production setup, including preparing nest boxes, feeders, and drinker systems
Delegate tasks and monitor crew performance to ensure quality work
Track job progress and complete required reports for management
Maintain inventory of equipment, vehicles, and cleaning supplies
Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Collaborate with supervisors and management to meet operational goals
Assist in other departments or duties as needed
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to pass a physical exam and obtain a Health Card
Proven leadership experience in crew supervision
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
Strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity
Poultry or agricultural experience preferred
Basic knowledge of equipment setup, operation, and maintenance
Understanding of chemical handling and safety practices preferred
Minimum of 2 years of cleanout or related experience
