Duties/Responsibilities
- Create customer specific invoices within internal systems; monitor and make changes for special and varied billing arrangements
- Independently and timely communicate with customers and Sales Team to effectively assist and resolve issues
- Meet strict daily deadlines while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer experience
- Promptly communicate issues, concerns, or discrepancies to the Billing manager and sales team members to support timely resolution
- Other special projects and duties as assigned
- The standard hours for this position are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. There may be flexibility for a later start time of 8:30 or 9:00 a.m., with a corresponding adjustment to the end of the workday
- This position may also require participation in a rotating holiday coverage schedule

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered
- 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting, billing, bookkeeping, or a related function preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented office environment is a plus
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
